Item did not appear in Steam inventory — what to do?

Open the “My Wins” tab in your profile and click the “Request on Steam” button next to the item. The trade will arrive via bot within a few minutes. If the trade offer doesn’t arrive after an hour, contact support — provide the case number and your trade link.

Transfers are processed automatically, but the payment network can sometimes take up to 60 minutes. If after an hour your balance is still “0”, create a support chat ticket and attach:

Why isn’t the Steam balance showing on the site?

The in-game Steam wallet is not linked to our service: its funds cannot be spent here directly. To open cases, top up your balance in your account using any supported method (bank cards, cryptocurrencies, SkinPay, etc.).
Cannot withdraw skins — withdrawal blocked

The most common reason is multiple accounts for one user. Multi-accounts are prohibited by platform rules; upon detection, we suspend withdrawals pending investigation. Use a single account and ensure your Steam trade link is up to date.
Site is slow, won’t load via Steam authorization, or ads are interfering

Check whether your antivirus/firewall is blocking the connection or if you have suspicious ad-blocker extensions. Disable them and restart your browser. Google Chrome (latest version) provides the best results.
